Specialist psychology-led service for migrants.

The Migrant Mental Health Hub

Welcome to The Hub! We are a specialist psychology service focused on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of migrant communities. We recognise the unique experiences migrants go through, the challenges they face and the strength it takes to settle in a new place. We understand how culture shapes wellbeing and how different people seek help in different ways, including non-Western views of mental health. Based on research that highlights the value of strengths-based and trauma informed approaches, we work closely with services, charities, and community groups to provide consultation, training, and resources that respond to the needs of migrant communities. Alongside this, we offer direct support through specialist psychological assessments, brief group interventions, and psychoeducation sessions. Through these combined streams of work, we aim to create welcoming, accessible spaces where everyone can feel understood and supported. Please explore our services and get in touch to find out how we can support you.

Please note that this website is not a crisis service and we are unable to offer immediate support in an emergency. If you or someone you know is in crisis or needs urgent mental health help, please contact your local NHS crisis team, call 111 and select option 2, or reach out to the Samaritans on 116 123. You are not alone, and there is help available.
